  • We partner with trusted third-party couriers to make sure your gear reaches you safely and on time.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days.

  • In rare cases (bad weather, regional delays), it may take an additional 1–2 days.

  • Delivery is free on prepaid orders + an additional 10% discount.

  • For customers who choose Cash on Delivery (COD), a delivery charge of ₹100 applies.

Tracking & Updates

  • After placing your order, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, we’ll notify you immediately.

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, reach out to us via Instagram @shopsopro — our team will resolve it.
