RETURN & REPLACEMENT



At SOPRO, we are dedicated to providing our athletes with the best gear and service. To ensure a smooth and secure process, we have established the following return, replacement, and refund policies:

Eligibility for Return, Replacement, and Refund:


- To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund, we recommend recording a video of the unpacking process when you receive your gear. This video should clearly show the condition of the package and the items inside. If any item is missing, incorrect, or damaged, this video will serve as essential proof.
- Without an unpacking video, we regret that we cannot process any return or refund requests.

Size-Related Issues:


- Please record a video of the unworn and unused product with all tags attached for size-related issues. This video will help us verify the condition of the item.
- Once we receive the item, we will record our own video of the unpacking process to confirm the correct product was returned. After verification, your request for return or replacement will be processed.

Return and Replacement Request Window:


- All return and replacement requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for processing.

Why We Keep It Strict:
- These policies are in place due to the increasing number of fraudulent return claims. However, we trust our community of dedicated athletes and believe that you will cooperate with our policies to ensure a fair and secure process for everyone.
