At SOPRO, everything we build is designed for athletes who demand more from themselves — and from their gear. To keep the process fair, clear, and athlete-focused, here’s how our return, replacement, and refund policy works:


Eligibility for Return, Replacement, and Refund

  • When your gear arrives, we recommend recording a video of the unpacking process. This protects you and us — showing the condition of the package and what’s inside.

  • If an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, this video is the proof we need to make it right.

  • Without an unpacking video, we cannot process returns or refunds.


Size-Related Issues

  • For sizing concerns, record a video of the unused gear with all tags still attached.

  • Once we receive the item, our team will also record the unpacking to confirm.

  • After verification, we’ll process your return or replacement.


Return Window

  • Requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

  • Beyond this window, no returns or replacements can be accepted.


Non-Refundable Gear

To maintain hygiene, safety, and performance integrity, the following items are final sale only:

  • Socks

  • Undergarments

  • Compression T-shirts

  • Compression Shorts

  • Sports Bras

  • Final drop items.

We’ve kept it strict but fair. Fraudulent returns hurt not just us — but the athletes who rely on us to deliver premium gear consistently. These rules are here to protect the integrity of SOPRO, so we can keep serving real athletes with no compromises.
